Current Workshop Schedule - Fall 2008 Session

Basic
This workshop includes techniques to improve food and body awareness and reduce tension and stress related over-eating. Each group is highly structured and follows a curriculum. Participants are guided to understand their resistance to "getting thin" and the emotional issues tied to over-eating. Groups meet once each week for 12 weeks, led by a masters level clinician trained to work with people wishing to change self-destructive eating behaviors.

Wednesday Evenings: 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm
Start Date: October 1st, 2008.

* There is an additional materials fee of $55 that includes training exercises and the program CD series




Alice Rosen, Director of Education for Feeding Ourselves, has been committed to
Feeding Ourselves for 24 years. She has created a 4 CD series of the Feeding Ourselves
teaching, guided exercises, including guided mindful eating and specific tracks to be used
when one is feeling controlled by thoughts of food. For more information,
